The only difference I could see is that I closed Lightspeed before I re-opened LB.
*edit* Ok, I ran it again from the beginning and it worked this time. Will it not use MAMEUIFX as the emulator? Everything seems to work fine, but when I re-open LaunchBox nothing is imported.
